if duplicated pattern occurs, the first pattern that matches are effective

- There's bug in the previous commit. it is not enough to change the css of
  previously matched position (technically it's a generated span-TAG).
- In the previous commit, I intended former matches overrides the previous,
  but it's too difficult to do so.
- change specs. not override, the first matches remains.
